Supports blue, green and red fluorophores. Brightfield and Darkfield illumination and also Phase contrast. Suitable for histological and cell culture imaging.

Confocal Microscopy

Nikon C1 inverted confocal laser scanning microscope

Supports blue, green, yellow, orange, red and far red fluorophores. 3 colour detection + transmitted DIC contrast. Suitable for live cell 3D and timelapse experiments.

Leica SP5 upright multiphoton laser scanning microscope

Supports all fluorophores. 3 or 4 colour detection. Suitable for live animal/tissue 3D and timelapse experiments.

Imaris workstation

3D visualisation, spatial deconvolution, cell tracking and morphometric analysis

Metamorph workstation

Cell tracking and morphometric analysis. Workstation also supports file formats from Olympus imaging systems.
